Firstly, I’ve found where I am going wrong with setting up posts to be published automatically first thing the next day – I wasn’t doing anything wrong. They simply get published when the first person accesses the blog after the time and date specified, so it was just that I was checking them before anyone had actually looked at them!
So..hopefully I can start setting them up at the end of day ready for the next day!
Anyway, today the main thing is the Thanksgiving service for Rene this afternoon. Oh what a difference it makes when taking the service of someone who professed faith in Christ! Please be in prayer for the family and for me as I seek to share the gospel of our glorious Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ!
Apart from that, the church has offered to do the refreshments after the service, so I’ll be tied up with that and getting the chapel re-arranged for Sunday worship after the service.
This morning, I hope to do visit P at Ely, and do the preaching and leading rotas which I ran out of time for yesterday as well as setting out the hall for this afternoon.
